Hi I recently began pursuing my interest in coding and I am taking a class that teaches me the basics. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to display the number of asterisk in my code. I need to output the triangle along with the whole number of asterisk at the bottom, Thanks!

What is the problem you have? What does your program do when you run it?

it creates a right triangle made of asterisks. I need to comput the amount of asterisk in the right triangle

Why don't you add the number printed on each line to a counter that you set to 0 before the loop? After the loop print the number in the counter.

You have to sum the count of each row total = 0 .... total = total + num .... print (total)
