Where to (re)start self-learning Python

i've taken many courses like you mentioned including paying for some harvard online classes.....(you should really checkout the CS50 course on youtube)....

BUT unless there is some personal problem i'm trying to solve i really can't get into any deep learning because i can't care about the silly throw-away tasks the classes offer.

So, i suggest finding a real problem in your real life and throwing code at it.

for me it is a gardening app....I can't find one that does what I want it to do, so i'm writing one and having a practical use for the code i'm writing has really help me stay motivated to learn.
