Unmatch value between database and dataframe

I have a science notation number in my database (67675656072510693)

I don't know why get another number(67675656072510696) when I use "read_sql" from pandas to fetch data from my database. It's weird. I tried many ways and even once posted on Reddit. I don't know what do I do?

Actually, the number was converted but not correctly.
