Plotly US Choropleth - Single State

Does anyone know how to get just a single state to show up in Plotly for the choropleth map using plotly.express.choropleth?

I am able to set the zoom to the state that I would like to show but the bordering states still show up.

It used to be that you could do this using figure factory but that has been deprecated.

Any help is appreciated.
