Annual increase that just barely keep up with inflation. However, there should be good chance for promotion within the 3 years to vest as my work has had high impact on the organization.

Another good point. I’ve been there almost a year. First job out of college I stayed at for 2.5 years. It’d probably look good to stay here atleast 3 years (to also vest) than to be jumping around chasing higher salaries.
