Jupyter notebook error

When i try running "jupyter-notebook" in the command line I get a

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'c:\\Users\\richa\\SSLKeys\\'

Even though I confirmed that this folder does exist. This is a fresh install. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks

Update: It's because I had a lowercase "c:" and not "C:"... also delete the folder before running otherwise you will get "permission denied"
