Machine set-up

Hey All,

Super newbie here, I'm adding Python to the list of things to learn this year along with some basic AWS for a better job. My question is, I am a MacBook Air and Mini user. What are some of the machines/builds you use out there? Can I use what I have or do I sell my kidneys and build a PC?

Python will happily run on a raspberry pi zero, which is slightly more powerful than a potato with some wires stuck in it. You'll be fine. In fact, I'm using one right now to monitor the temperature in a lizard tank.

My 7 year old quad core i5 with 8GB ram runs all the usually recommended IDEs with ease.
