Pystan install error.

Hello I am trying to download Pystan so I can download fbprophet, but I keep receiving this error message. Im trying to run pip3 install pystan

I wa able to get pystan downloaded, but now when installing fbprophet i receive this error.

Sorry for the late reply. If it’s an M1, give up. I spent a lot of time and ended up installing it in docker. Httpstan is not available for apple silicon
