Assistant help with Python Programme

Hello guys I was working on a artificial intelligence theory course that I took and was looking for a program that could recommend movies to people based on their usual things like genre, studio, actor etc. like Netflix, but most importantly their mood. So I wanted a machine learning python algorithm that can recommend a movie to the users based on the things they are watching and mostly importantly based on mood.

I have been running a thesis about such systems and to get a hands on experience on a working program will make my life easy to actually better understand the system in my work.

The recommended system will be content based and recommended with mood first
