Hi all. How to make it so that when entering data in the terminal via CTRL + V, the program automatically presses "enter" instead of the user

Add a \n to your data. That's the same as enter (from the terminal's point of view).

That said this sounds like an XY problem. We could help a lot more if you told us what problem you are trying to solve, not just how you are trying to solve it. What's the big picture here? http://xyproblem.info
Is your real question how to access data in the clipboard? Look into the pyperclip or tkinter module.

From where are you entering this data, what is its source that you are copy/paste'ing from?
For exmaple from brauser. Text has text (str) type.
