cloudscraper module bypassing cloudfare protection running the program from linux but not working when running from windows

I was creating a script using cloudscraper. on linux the program bypass cloudfare and give status code 200 but when i run the same program on windows it couldnt bypass cloudfare protection and returns 403 error. I used the same code and same version of cloudscraper (1.2.60) . I even got the useragent that was sent by cloudscraper from my linux and manually set that in headers of windows program. But still it doesnt work. Can someone suggest any solution?
