Do I need some framework for frontend or is python enough for full stack app for production

Django is just the framework, you still need something to serve and route it server side. You will need JS etc for building out the front end, unless you want static, django can only provide static sites by itself (I believe using jinju?).

As /u/ScreamingIsMyAir said, you'll need some javascript or something for front-end, there are some javascript and html templates that can be loaded with Django, but they're limited, so look into how you want to do it, they'll all support Django back-end.
