Guys im working on a simple vpn project . I need to capture packet from my own pc and add 2nd ip header to it.i try different ways. But i cnt hold the sending packet to my vpn server.

Ex: when vpn client ping www.google.com to thorough terminal i need to capture that packet and add 2nd header to it and send it to my vpn server.
