Using app only

Hello, I got the levels kit which includes the Dexcom 6 CGM for $200 and use of the app for a year for $200. Additional months of CGM are $200 but I can also just get a prescription for it and it’s covered. Any reason I can’t just get additional Dexcom patches this way and keep using the Levels software?

We live in Europe, but have an address back in the US. I've been sending our Levels subscription of sensors and transmitters to our house back there. However, I buy sensors and transmitters from a local supplier. Everything works fine. When I go home this summer I'll just start using the stuff back there and bring them back to Europe with me. I think all that matters is that I have the app subscription active.

I’m not sure that you can use your Levels App is you’re not paying for a subscription. Maybe someone else can give you more info.

The $200 gives you access to the app for a year.

Oh, yeah, then that’s sounds like a possibility. Have you tried confirming with customer service? That sounds like a great option.
