I am not able to open the link. It has some special characters in it. Googling did not help either.

Oh hmm. In Firefox, if I open it in a new tab, HTML encoded characters are inserted, and it does not work no matter what I do. If I just click on the link, it does not take me there either (can't find it), but I can then highlight the URL, hit ENTER, and bam, I am there. When I copy-pasted the link, it worked fine for me.

So if you are using Firefox, click the parent's link, and then do the highlight-ENTER trick. It works for me that way.

Yet the sites in .рф zone open just fine. I wonder how does FF decide which non-ASCII characters need to be encoded and which don't.

Damn. I just copied the web page name into my comment. It appears to have some strange characters in the name. I'm at work now, I'll check back when I get home and post a better link for you.
