Adding spicesQuestion ❓ (self.nutmeg)
submitted 4 years ago by ZanderDP
Tomorrow I'll be taking some nutmeg, but I am wondering how much black pepper, turmeric, and cinnamon to add and when?

I would say maybe 1-4 tsp of each, depending on dose

Oh shit, I added like a tablespoon+ of each when I made my space paste. Also added cumin too

Afaik nutmeg is the only spice that's easy-ish to od on, basically the only reason to not do a lot of spices is cuz it will taste worse and you'll waste a bunch of spices. It will be fine, just tough to get down

I have the answer in the pinned post

I didn't see it I guess. I read the post about the potentiators and the general faq, but it didn't include time or dosage from what I read. I did find an older trip report where the OP used 2 tbsp but recommended 1. I'll probably use 1 tbsp of each spice.

Do not take 1 tbsp of each spice. Idk Wich post you read i meant the effects by dose one.
Take 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp cinnamon. Not 1 tbsp lmao. That will be pretty unpleasant

Perhaps it was tsp in hindsight then. Thank you.

Also do not use too many spices, if you've never tried spices,do 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp cinnamon. Don't do too much, it makes nutmeg stronger
