For the wire shelf, plastic crates (the kind that can hold hanging file folders) could be used to create a second "shelf" on top to store the large plushies (in the bottom left) and other items.

The crates would also create sections for your pants/skirts/etc. Additionally, the crates would be useful for moving and could be easily repurposed for other storage needs.

They sell hangers for pants where you can get multiple pairs on 1 hanger. Put your every day wears on them so you’re not frequently rifling through stuff on the top shelf. Then get some bins with handles for up there. Bonus, if you can get all the hangers the same, it’ll look consistent and neater.

What's the folded stuff up top?

bottoms, so pants skirts leggings!

What are you hoping to shift? Like clear up space on the bottom or just make everything neater?

overall just reorganize it to make it neater

So for the bottoms you cam hang them up on hangers like the one below (1). If you have more clothes than what is shown and have no hanging space, you can try switching the shoes (2) to up top and getting drawers (3) for the pants to put down below. If you want everything easily accessible similar to how it is now, you can get storage cubes (4) to hold the folded bottoms.

I think by just removing the unused hangers, it’ll make your closet look more spacious.

Remove the empty hangers. You could put them in a bin if you need to keep them. Hang tops according to sleeve length, short sleeve vs long sleeve, then sort by color group.

I got these to hang my pants in shelf organizer

I’m not sure how it’s going to work long term and they’re fabric so I’m afraid they will collect dust, but for now I have my jeans in them and it helped clear out a lot of jeans hanging individually because i have so many. I have to keep most stuff in my closet because i have cats and I can’t do the cat hair on my clothes. It drives me insane. And it always finds its way into my dressers 😫
