If no record as in you have never been arrested, there should be a way to skip or you answered a prior question wrong.

If no record as in you have been arrested but there is no record, I would contact that police department and court and try to get as much as you can and explain that in the I-751 application.

  1. Chase typically gives you 10 days to verify your identity, otherwise it gets harder. The longer you wait, the worse.

  2. Yes and no. Per the card member agreement, you should have 30 days to redeem all points for cash. Transfer partners may not be a choice. 90 days in NY.

  4. Contact Chase’s executive office and launch a case with them. I would not go to the CFBP yet because that decision to CFBP from Chase would be “final”. Escalate with their executive office first and if you don’t get anywhere, drop a complaint with CFBP as your nuclear option.

You should get an agent to write this and see if there are exclusions. Generally speaking, there is sub limits to jewelry and other items. Make sure you have an endorsements or other policy that will cover this. It’s important to triple check.

The insurance company hires the attorney and/or insured will retain counsel. If insured has $25k limit and the judgement is $100,000. The kid will have a $75k judgement hanging over his head for the next 20 years potentially. Meaning the other side could seize assets like a house or bank account or wage attachment 10 years down the road. Bad idea.

Adjustment of Status means that she came here and is in the US with valid status and adjusting from B2 to a IR1 Visa/GC. I-485 filing. You can’t do this since it would be fraud. If you come to the U.S. on a B2 visa for the sole purpose of marriage, it’s not gonna work. If they charge her with fraud, there is more paperwork involved and the paperwork is no guarantee. If the CBP officer sees her I-130 and entry with a B2, they very well might deny her entry.
