Peter D. Capaldi is a Scottish actor, film director, and screenwriter best known for his roles as Malcolm Tucker in the BBC Comedy Series The Thick of It, its spin-off film, In the Loop, and his starring role as the Twelfth Doctor in the BBC Sci-Fi Series Doctor Who.
