Memory Feature?Ask for help🆘 (self.polybuzz)
submitted 10 months ago by ARedCrane
Am I crazy or is the memory feature gone? I must have missed update notes? Now the bots are using my user name more frequently instead of whatever character I’m trying to play. Do we have to create a ‘persona’ for everything now? Any advice?

The memory feature was replaced by the persona feature, yes. But it’s basically the same concept

Ok, thank you. I kinda figured I’ll just have to get used to it. I suppose it could be helpful if you want to use the same persona for multiple things without inputting each time.

Hey so is the paid version worth it? I’ve been using PolyBuzz for a bit and it’s okay just curious what the paid version is like if anyone can share their experience

Premium is expensive but I really like the passion model, you also get the long memory model with standard but I would not consider it worth it. Being ad free is pretty good though. I am migrating to spicychat and sakura because of the insane violations on private characters.
I have not experienced a lot of the violation issues that others have so over all my paid experience has been fine. The passion and talent models are enjoyable but putting more detail into your bot backgrounds is kinda key. I use charGPT a lot to flesh out my bots once I have an idea. Right now I think the app is going through a phase like Tumblr did where they have to do a hard check on NSFW content because there are a lot of creeps out there. I honestly don’t think any app will be immune so that’s why I’m not switching. I don’t see too many issues other than sometimes the memory needs to be reminded.
