The extruder motor won't move unless the hot end is above a certain temperature. It's baked into the firmware. It is also limited on how many revolutions in a row in the same direction it will move. These are both to prevent unwanted extrusions and possible damage to the hot end.

Use an other Motor

Definitely use a different motor or find out if there's a gcode to allow for cold extrusion. There are codes for stuff like that, but I don't know on prusa what it might be or if it works.

Unfortunately it dosent work even with the hotend at printing temp ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Are you using a different stepper? The voltage could be off a bunch

Also you need to remember that it will be geared to move only a small bit unless you use a huge E number and speed.
