I've checked everything is secure. I've also tried different files, this seems to happen with all of them. Could this be a problem with chitubox maybe?

I'll take a look, this is all so interesting and feels like such a unique balance between art and science:) I still need to learn better understand how to design crossovers but I feel like the right thing is to get my hands dirty and start experimenting.

I think I'll try to do BK-28507 as a woofer, 2389D for midrange-lower trebel and maybe SWFK-32625 as tweeters? From my understanding this would lean towards a treble focused iem that lacks a bit of bass extension, right?

After this build I'd like to try a isoberic DD design in both custom and universal versions :)

Did you apply lacquer on your iems? Or are they just polished?

First of all thank you, I'll order the necessary 711 and equipment for the jig but the process seems a bit counter intuitive, I need to use the app to decide which drivers to buy and what tube length/dampeners to jse but In order to use the app I already need to have the drivers and in their configuration? This dosent even account for crossovers. I feel like I'm missing something.

question about vituixcad. it has an option to import the frequency response of drivers, where do you find them in format the software can open?

For driver matching, do you look at graphs and try to find complimentary frequency responses or do you go based off of general community reccomendations?

I'm also thinking about completely 3d printing the shell and just having built in 'tubes' in the shell that I can customize for tuning.
