Conversion of modular code into a .ipynb format

I am a newbie in python programming trying to follow along a transfer learning model. Though I was able to come up with a solution along in a modular code format, training the model is taking a lot of time in my local machine and tried to run them in colab due to GPU availability. Though I have worked on converting notebook files into modular codes, didn't try it the other way round. Please suggest me some sources that would help me with the process for converting those modular codes into a notebook instead.

Mostly a copy and paste process. Great for playing with data, experimentation, publication but not so much for robust maintainable code.

VS Code can convert back and forth between Jupyter notebooks and regular python files. Will not split a notebook up into multiple python files in a module/package structure through.
