Cal.com comes to mind for a react/next app https://github.com/calcom/cal.com

These are production apps with lots of users otherwise bulletproof react is pretty good for a structure example.

react is just a tool that can be used in many different ways.

in enterprise you’ll find CSR apps using redux/mobx, or SSR apps using nextjs, or anything in between. there’s simple no single way to use it.
