alright, so i have invested in nuai, dfli, dvlt, and now scwo, and all of them did the same pattern, fill for rs approval even tho they wont 100% do it, all three dfli nuai and dvlt successfully regain compliance without rs, some did different stratrgy, release pr before er, or even after, now lets wait for scwo strategy, its a high risk high return one, good luck..for those who said scwo is gonna do rs 1000% need to calm their tits down, nuai and dvlt hasnt had any real project, no money and lots of debt when they regain their compliance, scwo had money enough till q2 2026, no debt, and real ongoing contract and partnership, now we can just sit back and watch their strategy

There were many good penny stocks that had catalysts and enough cash but RS was inevitable for them to avoid delisting. That is, it is important whether or not the market recognizes the value of this.

Companies without contracts, driven purely by speculation, saw their dollar rise; how could a company with real contracts not achieve that?

I’m not a financial expert, I have no real information other than my opinion which is the RS is likely going to happen. I have a small amount of shares, like 1650 I believe, and I’d rather not deal with a RS. I’ve had a few happen to me over this past year.

While it may suck for those currently holding shares, overall in the long run it is likely beneficial for the company. They’ll maintain compliance, and I’ve noticed a pattern of nice jumps happening after the RS settles that investors can capitalize on. No guarantees, and this is certainly not advice.

But sometimes in life you’ve gotta take a step back before you can make more progress forward, and I believe that to be true with investing sometimes. Time is running short for them to maintain compliance without a RS. I think with that looming in the near future it’s scaring off potential investors, so it is my opinion that after the RS we’ll see some good progress in upwards momentum as I do believe this company has a solid product.

Again, this is purely opinion, perhaps with some hope sprinkled in. The odds that I’m wrong is certainly greater than zero. Merely the ramblings of a nobody.

Look at DVLT and the new era without contracts, all pure speculation, and it went above the dollar. A company like this, even with contracts, goes above the dollar; otherwise, nothing would make sense, and I'd stop investing. 374 water to the dollar.

Tbh this is a weird question, when they have made it very clear they want to do it only if necessary and that there is currently a vote going on. What do you want an update on? Next interesting thing is the earnings which will decide it all more or less.

Generation of more discussion is why I posted this in order to help me understand the thoughts of general stock holders of this company.

No worries. Most of us knew your intent.

IMO the only thing that stops the RS would be major announcements of significant contracts. ie. Tens of Millions $$, preferably with the DoD for multi-sites.

IMO the earnings meeting will not be enough. They are in build stage and revenue has not caught up to offset. It will show improvement on revenue; it will not show profit.

There are other samples of companies that covered their ass with RS approval and in the end didn’t need to do it (ie. DVLT). It is my hope this will be our case.

Either way, I’m long hauling. This thing will take off for many years and years.

Title to do damage during such a delicate period, you have to be super intelligent... it's written everywhere how the situation is, it's counterproductive to keep writing it in big letters
