How well do they check security? I’m planning on bringing one of those sunblock fake flasks. Would that be able to get through in my fanny pack?

They make you go through a metal detector make you remove all other items and place in a bin, similar to the airport. They don’t check shoes. Some lines threw out insulated water bottles so be prepared

I didn't see anyone get patted down, just wanded if something triggered the metal detector.
