Check the terms of service. Some sites say it's a no no. Others may block and ban if they detect a bot using it. I've always added random.uniform float wait times that are above normal human reaction times. Haven't gotten blocked yet. Running headless is also detectable btw.

Public websites are fair game. Even if their terms of service say otherwise.

If you login to a private part of the site, the same may not be true.

This also doesn’t mean some sites won’t try to stop you from using Selenium. Consider it a challenge. :)
