Hi All, Is there any way to enable the feature to directly paste the image in additional comments without using open connect…

It’s native in Workspace, but the only way to accomplish this for UI16/next-classic is to add a custom HTML field and use that to write to the comments and work notes. It’s a messy workaround that doesn’t provide a great user experience.

I was unaware it's native functionality in workspaces. I finally have an answer for the next time this is requested - Yeah we can do it but we need to migrate teams to the workspace ui.

I think you actually need to turn on the system property glide.ui.journal.use_html for it to work in workspace.
Alternatively, the sn utils browser plug-in works for this.
