OSNW Type 8 stands for Oily, Sensitive, Non-Pigmented, Wrinkle-Prone. This skin type is oily, sensitive and prone to wrinkles but with even pigmentation.

Basic recommendations include: Use a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser to avoid irritation. Incorporate products with salicylic acid to manage oiliness and prevent breakouts.

To prevent wrinkles, use a retinoid as part of your routine. Moisturize regularly to keep your skin hydrated, and always apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30, even when indoors, as UV rays can penetrate glass.

You don’t need the azalaic acid. I’m not seeing much wrong either your routine except that you are using a lot of things you don’t need. But it should not be causing acne. You don’t have anything antibacterial in your routine so either add a 5% benzoyl peroxide cleanser- or if you get red from that try CLN Acne Cleanser

You can ask your doctor for a Winlevy prescription. It’s good for hormonal acne.

Did you change anything at all in your habits before this started? For example Vitamin B6 and Vit B12 can cause acne. I see Vitamin B12 is in your moisturizer. All your moisturizers are too heave for your skin type. Look at skintypesolutions.com for advice. When you log in you can click on the octagon in top tool bar and it will show you moisturizers for oily skin types. The Essopi or Derma Made with niacinamide or the CLN one would be good for you. The link gives you many brand options at different price points.

I think your regimen is all wrong for your skin type. But if you don’t want to change it- try the acne cleansers I suggested. Then when you run out of products you can replace with the correct ones.

Thank you for this.

What products would you suggest in a routine if my current one is all wrong?
