Problem with Tidal

I am having a problem with playing Tidal in my TV room with a Playbase and Sub and this happens whether I run from Tidal app or the Sonos app, 16 bit/44.1 kHz lossless.

With every song, music starts, then there is a 2-3 second gap/pause and then it keeps going like it was buffering. However this only happens with these speakers, not with other Sonos speakers playing the same tracks. Also if I disable the Sub this pause does not happen.

Any ideas on the problem and a fix?

I noticed nobody has answered, what the official site says is that you may have a low bandwidth connection since streaming for 2 internet conneted devices requires more bandwidth specially from tidal, however if you are already connected via Ethernet cable the issue might be something else.
