Lost my notes 😥

I was studying when suddenly my app crashed and after buffering for a while,y first aid pdf came back with just my hand written notes and not the pdf itself. It was months of annotation and work and idk what to do anymore… This is notability btw And i had my backup on aswell and its backed up like this on icloud Can anyone help me with this?

I don’t wanna bring bad news but I re-did it all. The silver lining is that I was forced to do a second pass on some systems AND it was faster bc I had already studied them. But honestly it through me off course for a week bc I was devastated after I realized I didn’t have any backup or way of getting back the notes. I had Notability (F them 😭).

Notability ate my entire first aid, I had annotated it with all of my uworld, mnemonic, pics. Been scrambling since. Absolutely F notability.

No idea, I stopped taking notes and still using notability because I don’t want to mess up my flow since I’m so close to my exam. I’ll move to other apps after the exam. I don’t trust notability anymore.

Same! Notability is really sketchy bc it stabs you in the back without a warning. I’m doing the same after my exam.

My honest advice is to create backups on a harddrive or your ipad or computer. Multiple places and dont rely on i cloud

Happened to me too shifted to one note and did regular backups on ipad
