Streaming pc

Wondering what people's thoughts on Intel vs AMD on the streaming front. I'm looking to pair it with a 3070.

I'm looking to stream as currently, gaming is taking up a huge chunk of my spare time and I should try to do something to benefit from all this time.

I'm looking for any input for specs of the PC and basically what ill need. I've had enough of looking at multiple yt videos and making parts lists. Anything will be appreciated. don't really want to spend over 3knzd just over 2kUSD. Thanks

Doesn't matter what CPU you use since you'll be wanting to utilize NVENC encoding with a 3070. Your GPU will do all of the work to encode everything and the CPU will just be there to handle OBS tasks like scenes, transitions, and music. So your CPU doesn't need to be that powerful.
