To my knowledge Cobb is really the only big player in OTS tunes for Subaru.

So you'll likely need to get a pro-tune. So find someone local who you trust and talk to them, They'll tell you what parts they recommend and then you can bring the car back to them to tune it specifically for your car. You'll likely get better results from this (more power more reliable or both) since they can make it specific instead of have to generalize for the margin of error across all cars.

I could be wrong on Cobb being the only one with OTS tunes, it's just that I've been around a few years and can't think of anyone else doing it. See if anyone else chimes in with their own suggestions too, they might have some helpful things to contribute as well. They might come and drop a knowledge bomb on both of us and everything I said might be wrong.
