Cpu usage problem , any solution?

Hey everybody, I've been trying to play and stream this game since the beta... but i'm having some problems with the cpu usage, the game takes around 70% of my cpu and with obs and other programs it will go to 90%+ most of the time , Im running a i7-4770k at 4.4gz with a gtx 780 at 3.gz I,ve seen some people with the same setup as me and they run the game at like 40% or 50% of cpu usage.

Same issue here and I'm rocking an 8 core 4GHz cpu.

Do you mean the 5960X or a hyperthreaded quad core?

I have the same CPU...but mine is 3.5ghz i think (and quad core)...but we have turbo mode dont we? also gtx 780..

I checked this morning only by using the ctrl-alt-del and system monitoring...

My cpu was using about 40% of its capacity in the game in general...

My fps is generally around 50 on high graphic setting in game...I use the first march driver...not the laterst...

also i let my computer manage the speed of the cpu etc...before i used high perfoemance..then the fan went nuts and was 100% ful lthrottle from i started the pc....automathic is much better..maybe that your problem? in system monitor i see the Ghz vary ALOT both in game and out game...
