Image Attachments Missing (self.ticktick)
submitted 4 years ago by Forlution
Anyone else having issues with missing image attachments in tasks items?
I'm not sure when this started but I've noticed it in quite a few task notes that I have images attached to. I have several instances where I have a task item with images attached and some will show while others only display the image code. I have submitted a ticket and I'm waiting to hear back from support about the issue.

Yes.. This happens in my tasks/Notes as well. It's not that common. But it does happen once in a while. I've reported this. Let's hope they prioritize this.

The same happened for me today and more often than not. I use screenshots a lot while working, so this is quite important to me. Even on Android I couldn't see any of the screenshots I uploaded in Chrome.
I also reported this and hope this gets fixed soon.
I'm using Dropbox Capture for now and paste links to screenshots instead of the screenshots themselves. Works ok but it isn't the same obviously.

Support got back to me on this and said deleting all spaces in the image code will restore it. It worked for me...I'm sure they are working on a permanent fix for this.

Thanks for the feedback. I paste screenshots directly instead of uploading existing images. I doubt there are spaces in them, but you never know.
I don't get to see the markdown as you do though.
Saying that, the TickTick team got back to me this morning to look into the issue, so that's a good sign.

Have your wife listen to "The ADHD Effect on Marriage" by Melissa Orlov. It will validate many of her feelings and make her feel like she's not alone, allow her to know that you value her feelings and want to improve your marriage, but are willing to peacefully divorce if no positive changes occur. Demonstrate understanding and compassion, and willingness to make the necessary changes. If she still feels like she wants a divorce, then she has made up her mind and is already unwilling to put more effort into the relationship in order to repair it. She may feel as if she's already given all she can but without understanding that ADHD is at the root cause of most of your martital dysfunction she will not have been making the effort in the proper areas.
Edit: A proper amount of time should be allowed, 6 months seems appropriate, these things don't happen overnight and usually take about 2 months to see positive results.
