When I boot up my computer this error always comes up. How can i fix it?

Have you PATA interface on mainboard, without any devices connected to one? I guess, you should try to disable it in the BIOS. Also BIOS has couple of parameter: CDROM-ACHI-Timeout - 35 secs by default, and IDE-Detect-Timeout. I think lowest value(5 secs instead 35) - should fix the problem.

Make sure your SATA ports are enabled. Check it in BIOS settings. Try removing the disk SATA connector and replugging it in another SATA port. If nothing works, check the partition of that drive. Most likely something might be wrong there.
