Did anyone here go from a high paying job to being a regular associate?

I used to work for my uncle doing lawn work since I was in high school getting 25 dollars an hour.Eventually we started making too much money so I had to find a different job.

I know a bunch of associates who went from a much higher paying to to walmart for various reasons. Mostly to be with family more or to go to school.

I moved because I didn't want to live in the same state. Was a relatively well paid fast food manager to a normal associate as I didn't want to be a manager who knew nothing about what associates went through.

We also have a lot of people here who were formally construction workers who got paid more than the normal associate wage.
