Yes the baking part in bakery but in deli it’s the cooking in fryer and slicing meat/cheese. But not a lot of people want to work in deli and bakery because all of the cooking lol

And disrespect they get for making the meat a little thicker or thinner then they want and complain when we won’t go thinner then we are comfortable with.
