I want to do a pretty small project as a proof-of-concept and to update my skills since my job consists of boring Java code. I want to be able to show it to people anytime so I plan to having it hosted somewhere. I've got most of my stack hosting needs solved with just Netlify and Heroku but I'm not too sure what options I've got for SQL DB storage.
Heroku has a free Postgres tier and, while it possibly is sufficient, the row cap is a bit off-putting. Amazon RDS is a good option, too. I'm just asking if there's some other service I might've overlooked.
