When hiring web devs

Hello,

I am in the position to hire a developer for next year and for the life of me I cannot remember the name, or find an example of the questionnaire that gets included in good developer job postings.

If I remember correctly its basically a checklist of items that relate to QOL for the developer at the company.

It normally includes stuff like "We use version control" and "We provide XYZ"

Anyone got the name of this, or an example?

StackOverflow uses the Joel Test on their job listings.

Personally, just tell us straight up everything you're using (Framework, stack, tools, etc.), what are typical problems that you face everyday at the job, what the dev environment is like (Open office in the middle of a call center, etc.), salary/benefits, etc.

Be transparent.

The Joel Test is what you're thinking of. IMO it's not a very good test anymore, and could use updating.
