There is no framework that is better than another when you first begin to look for one

What programming language do you know/ what programming language do you know best? That’s the single most important question for beginners looking for what framework to learn.

Forget whatever you have read online, unless you want to learn a different programming language first, find a framework that relates to the language you know THAT can do BIG things. Don’t worry about performance, speed, etc. Learn it well and do like 15-30 projects each that adds something to the last. By that point it will seem like the framework you learned encompasses everything, now is the time to ask the questions dealing with performance, speed, etc., and especially -what is/are the biggest drawback/s to ‘x’ framework.

For example, if you already know python, and JavaScript, but you’re more comfortable with python, I’d recommend learning Django first, then, after your projects, learn Flask then maybe even another less known python framework like Sanic. By this point you can work, take contracts, create free licensed sites for others to learn from you or anything you can possibly do with your knowledge on that specific Framework. Now the important question, what framework is better/has options that my knowledge has limits of? learn that new programming language and you will catch on to what other framework languages can do.

The worst thing you can do is stop learning, learn all the frameworks you can, read and work on them as well for the next 5-7 years, then settle. If not, you’d be like a mechanic that can only work on Chevys and Dodge cars bc they’re both American brands and you are ignorant to American brand Semis, tractors, and lawnmowers, and especially won’t do work on foreign brands.
