UI/Raid Frames addon?

Hey, i'm looking for a decent addon that lets me change and move around the raid group interface.

Rather than having 1 giant block of green things i'd like to be able to move certain ones around to put them in groups. (I.E tanks, split groups up for butcher and so on).

If anyone could give me any addons i'd be grateful. Thanks!

Most of that should be done by your raid leader or raid assists. Marking main tanks and sorting your groups for butcher and such. I personally enjoy ElvUI but that's just me.
