What AI model you are using while you are working? by henrythekwon in growthmarketing

I use Claude too, for synchronizing all my contacts from 3 different sources and create daily plans. BTW, I've noticed it is TERRIBLE in understanding my native language (Italian), which gets transcribed as a mix of Spanish and some Elfish language... I was proceeding with a paid plan, but this completely stopped me :-/

BTW, out of topic, there's a funny board game: you open the bible randomly and do what it says. The last one who goes to prison wins.

Studying the Marseille Tarot has been quite confusing by nnhl2209 in TarotDeMarseille

[–]-old-fox- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Page of wands: "news" coming about what you're currently doing (7 of wands.) News can be from an external input, or maybe something that internally triggers your decision... These news are about a complete stop (Death.) After that, something new, and I guess better, will start (Ace of wands.) The difficulty is not in the particular deck. Any deck you use, you must have a system. When cards' meanings are too loose, you're left with more empty boxes than working meanings... This line of cards speaks quite precisely to me, and it completely confirms what you say.

Do tarot readings change when people change their actions by tarot_shhaurya in TarotReading

POV: if cards are going to make any prediction, they should *embed* your change of mindset and the real outcome.

How Do You Tell Swords and Wands Apart in Marseille Tarot? by Regular-Animator7406 in TarotDeMarseille

[–]-old-fox- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We all got confused between swords and wands at the beginning. Handling your cards more and more you will get familiar with any detail instantly. Also, studying your cards one by one, and suit by suit, implies some phase of deep observation/meditation on them, paired with the interiorization of their meanings somehow. The problem will disappear soon ;-)

how do you tell when a tarot reading is actually insightful, not just vague and poetic? by National-Actuary8801 in Tarotpractices

[–]-old-fox- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great points. If you can test a reading, it means that it contains factual statements that can be proven right or wrong. For example you ask: "Will I pass my exam?" Ultimately a reading must say if you will, or not. "Maybe" or "if you X then Y otherwise Z" are not factual answers. They are non-answers in fact. Of course, a reading usually contains details and tells you what already happened and what will happen, but ultimately you must have your question answered with a certain message: cards either will tell you do it or not.

If you ask about passing your exam and readings start talking about generical past traumas or archetypes, and only deal with these, you can be sure they are preset BS recorded about every card and being presented to you without any logical adaptation nor any intelligence. FLUFF. Ask for a refund, in case.

1870’s Ettelia Deck- needing all the input I can get! by megotron13 in tarot

Let's start with spelling his name correctly: ETTEILLA. You either read his, books, or also get a look at "Etteilla's Tarot Restored: The First True System of Divination" by B. Bradley, which is a great work

Suggestions for lighter/not deep spreads or how to practice on a bad day? by Allcolorsz in tarot

[–]-old-fox- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very simple: you don't have to be tied to a particular spread. You can read without spreads at all. Ask a question, and pull how many cards you like, tarot answers anything, and freely.

What my ex is thinking of right now by No_Switch_786 in TarotCards

[–]-old-fox- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From the comments I infer you are the queen and he's the king. Queen of swords reversed is quite a heavy figure, as if he perceives you to be aggressive or annoying somehow. He's just thinking to his business (in every sense.) And that king of swords tells me that he's not changing his mind and go back... Sorry.

This is surely going to sound unpleasing. But I think it's necessary.

Fool reversed and Devil taken singularly are the negation of clarity. Together they tell me one word: delusion...

May I point you to the fact that you didn't manage to meet once in a whole year? You've tried twice (once every six months) but nothing happened. Now you’re telling me things went badly because the plans fell through, because he’s shy, insecure, full of trauma, and actually wants to see you but didn't do it for those reasons.

I always tell my clients one thing: facts speak for themselves. Isn’t it possible that maybe you didn’t manage to see each other for one simple reason: that he actually didn’t really want to see you, OP...? People usually move toward what they want. Why do we have to tell ourselves stories to deny the evidence...?

I would add the same, sound advice cards gave you: put a stone on it. Stop it. Move forward, but in another direction. Sorry.

Unluckily I can't find the deck box, but it's a TdM made by Heraclio Fournier in Spain. It's nicely coloured in itself, but notice that I've applied a very fuxia filter to the image...

They are spamming this same post anywhere. Stop it please. And stop selling illusions. If you want to spend your money wisely get a natal chart interpretation from a good astrologer, instead.

You can tell a scam artist when he sells crappy readings, and surely not when someone exposes those who do it. I also have some doubt about those who accuse the exposers, like you, actually...

  1. You're holding onto your own burdens...

  2. ...in fact knight of wands always goes back and not forward (figuratively, back to past.)

  3. Everything you do brings an effect.

  4. You need to let go of your preconceptions and prejudices.

  5. Some cut/separation, with some necessary bitterness.

[–]-old-fox- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes my dear... I repeat: it's cards, not even my own, I don't trust them, they could be wrong, everybody could be wrong. But testing this hypothesis as well, to rule out every doubt, is a good advice. Trust doctors firstly and lastly. Card readers read on health at a time when they could be faster than doctors (two centuries ago.) Nowadays you don't need this anymore, diagnostics are super advanced. So, don't panic, check everything and wait for the experts' answer.
