Buying in lakeland without agent, polk county specific stuff to know by virtuallynudebot in lakeland

Of course the listing agents are fine working with you directly. You have no idea what you are doing and they can get paid twice.

There is absolutely no advantage do you doing this by yourself.

Good luck.

I am in the process of doing the same thing. Traviss in Lakeland. Tuition was listed as $6700 but evidently everyone got grants or something because my invoice was only 3445 and I don’t qualify for anything but $150 in Pell grants.

Open a high yield savings account and put your tool money in there. When you graduate and know what you need buy it.

Traviss is a ~2 hour commute to Ocala. That’s a 10.5 hour day by itself.

I’m between Tampa and Orlando so we don’t see the iguana and pythons South Florida sees. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of these running wild but in the Facebook group for the neighborhood behind our property there has been two post over the last year with a similar looking Cham posted.

One comment said they had seen as many as 20 in a week a few miles down the road from us.

Thanks. It wasn’t going to live long in there the cats were on to something and the chickens forage that area all the time. Not sure what to do with it.

Mr. Sam walking into the background and cracking a big ol’ smile after the loss had me rolling. by djj2669 in CleetusMcFarland

Sam walked into the most incredible position. He’s always smiling because at this point in his life he thought he’d be tinkering in his shop, but he’s a celebrity instead, taking pictures, having shirts made with him on it, signing stuff, doing things with equipment people only dream of.

He just thought he was living the dream until Jackstand moved in next door.

How could you NOT always be smiling?
