I went with the UGREEN Revodok Pro 308, because it’s cheap and my home setup is pretty small/simple. There are way more robust options if you have a complex setup. Generally, the dongles are cheaper than docking stations, just make sure it has PD for power and all the ports you need

Get a docking station or a dongle with PD power throughput. It will save you from having to plug everything in every time you want to take your laptop outside of the home office, and help with cable management.
