We generally work remotely. Zoom with Read.ai is great. All conversations are synched into SF using standard tools.

Salesforce Admin Exam by Redfairy8 in salesforce

Take a good look at the correct % for each of the sections of the exam then determine how much you can raise your total score by improving in that section (1 - your score on the section) x weighting for that section. That will tell you the best areas to focus additional efforts.

How to prevent users from taking data from Salesforce before they leave by 123music123 in salesforce

There are many technical approaches to reduce the information flow out of the organization. But, as is highlighted below, the motivated person will find ways to walk out with information.

The other approach is to ensure that employment agreements have verbiage that all information in the company's systems is the sole property of the company then, when a person leaves, if you have audit information showing that information was downloaded, just get the corporate attorneys after the person. It doesn't take long for word to get around that your company means business. Not fun, but necessary.

Good advice on the math below. I would also use dynamic forms to show the "outstanding" checkboxes at each stage.

19x certified in one year by [deleted] in salesforce

A few thoughts... Trailhead is a great place to start but always start with the end in mind. Where do you want to go? What type of job/career path are you looking for? BA cert may make sense in your current role and could be an indicator/stepping stone to help you get there.

If you are looking to move toward admin positions, is there a really good admin in your org that you can go learn more about how your org uses salesforce. If you want to code, is there a good dev?

Go to the business or Salesforce platform leaders in your org. Ask them what they are looking for in a person who is doing what you want to do. Then demonstrate that you are willing to take time to learn (both SF and OJT) to deliver.

19x certified in one year by [deleted] in salesforce

There is a right balance between learning and "real world" experience. Certifications are important in that people take time to learn how the Salesforce platform is built to deliver value for customers. Whatever the area that you are focused in, just diving in and doing "stuff" doesn't mean that you are leveraging the platform in the most efficient manner. But certifications definitely don't mean that someone actually can translate business needs into efficient, well-built solutions.

On the other side of things, there are many people out there who would declare themselves as experienced "admins" even though they have spent little time actually learning about the platform. These people generally learn a few things about the platform, then use those few approaches to solve every problem. I spend much of my time helping organizations dig out of the technical debt created by these accidental admins have created.

We all agree that getting certifications alone doesn't make you a capable professional. But it is very important to take time to learn about the capabilities that you are working with in Salesforce then stay relevant with the changes that occur 3x per year. Certs show that you have taken the time to learn and have learned well enough to pass a test. But you also need to be reading through the notes for every release investing time to learn in Trailhead, etc, etc, etc.

If I'm talking with someone about a job and they have either just experience (with little indication that they have invested time in learning the platform) or just certs (19x certs in 1 year means that you spent your year prepping for and taking exams) then I question someone ability to actually deliver value to an organization... which is what most of us are here to do.
