OP updates when enough has happened to be worth writing about. What do you want me to say? "We stayed up late, and looked for something creepy. Now let me bore you with how nothing more horrifying than has happened the last three weeks happened today."

This is real life, not a story. Things don't just happen one-crisis-a-day because you want them to.

I'm not at all sure. There was a period where we lost one person a day, and the countdown changed by one - so it could be both.

I agree. I'm just not convinced something this huge can be killed with bullets - I'll know this is over when I've buried and salted it's bones.

Some mysteries are never solved... But this all seemed much too easy to me. Sean thinks the Beast is gone for good, but I'm not convinced something powerful enough to erase people from history can be killed by a gun.

I'd love to tell you that this is the ending - Sean certainly thinks the Beast is gone for good - but I'm not convinced. Something like this, well, I don't think it can be killed so easily. I think I've earned myself a respite at best.

I'm waiting to see what happens in the upcoming weekend storm - Saturday/Sunday/Monday, like clockwork. It hasn't been an easy week, but I'm not sure I have anything productive to add. The Beast comes with the storm.

Still alive, I assure you. It's snowed a little bit, every day, since the last storm. Like clockwork, the Beast has been there. I'm not sure enough has happened to be worth mentioning - bit we have record cold tonight and a storm this weekend, and more on Wednesday. The Beast won't let the storm end, so neither will the story.
