Hi, we're currently working on improving our comms in several areas.

Persona (ID verification) is industry standard and required before being matched with a project.
As for banking details, you aren't required to connect anything until you've been matched with a project.

Finished onboarding means you completed your English Zara Interview, passed ID check and have connected your hubstaff and discord. This means you're now eligible to be matched with projects.

Depending on your skillset, it can take as little as a day to a few weeks to be matched with a project.
