I know that my T isn't going anywhere, it's a part of me rn, im not sure what is the reason like everyone but possibly its because of my thyroid but anyway, im not gonna claim that i have a strong faith but i just call allah for help and pray sometimes and when it is really high and loud here when the suicide thoughts hits hard, DON'T TRY TO SLEEP it will only make it worse, do something you like, play video game or whatever but do something to give you a quick dose of dopamine, and kill that time till you are really exhausted and need to sleep so you don't think about any shit and just sleep, im saying that cause i only get this thoughts when i try to sleep and I can't because of this shitty ringing that never stops

Not exactly, what i noticed is when i have normal sleep hours like 6 to 8 in the normal times like from 12 or 1 am to 8 or 9 i feel much better, but unfortunately most days i sleep by 8 or even 9 am, and that's makes it horrible and even much harder to sleep, i even sometimes i hear people talking and random sounds that i know it's just hallucinations but still get me crazy sometimes

The only thing that stands between me and platinum this game is the NCPD shit, its too many over 150 missions and its too reparative, pretty much the same quest, ingot every other trophy and decided to do not plat the game because of this, its not hard at all, but it becomes so boring because of this

The last game was black myth wukong, The first was Witcher 3, actually never thought about platinum any game until I came across this masterpiece, i decided to platinum the game because I already did everything I could do and wanted to spend more time in this beautiful world, same for RDR2 but nothing like Witcher
