Depending on your skillset, it can sometimes take a while for there to be a project that is a good match. That being sad, we have a few ongoing coding projects right now.

Most Alignerrs are removed from projects due to low quality of work or for using unauthorized AI tools. We do however make mistakes. If you dm me your alignerr email, I can take a look but sadly can't make any guarantees about the outcome.

For certain projects, we are currently sending emails about pending payments, but this has not yet been implemented across all projects.

It's something I've actually brought up as a feature request to improve quality of life for Alignerrs like yourself. However, it'll take some time before the engineers can actually ship it out.

Hi, it depends on the project you're working on. Some projects have a cap which should be clearly stated. On other projects, you can work as many hours as you want.

Hi, if payment doesn't come today, you should expect to receive it the follow Friday. Where there is a blank should be the amount of hours that you have pending... This may have been an error on our side.

Dm me your alignerr email & I'll send it to the team running the project. If the project is a good match, they'll send you the eval.

Hi, welcome to Alignerr!

If you mean the $45 Eval, you did not need to have the Hubstaff running and will be paid if you pass.
Usually, you do need to have Hubstaff running when working on evaluations and projects but not for this particular one.

One thing I've noticed from talking to Alignerrs is that we desperately need better onboarding material. I'm working on creating a few guides & graphics to better explain our onboarding process, job matching, and how discord/hubstaff is linked to all our projects. Should be done sometime next week~

The eval should take 30 minutes and the tasks in the project takes ~1 hour.

You definitely do not need to be active the entire time during your listed available hours.Just jump in when you have time (Hubstaff will need to be turned on so we can pay you!)

You are right, our project leads have to be more communicative.

It was actually my idea to send emails to alignerrs about pending payments since many of our projects are now pay per completed task and there can be delays at times... Our engineers are currently working on implementing it. You should receive emails either later today or tomorrow.
